Order Cancellation
At Minsaad, we strive to process your orders as quickly as possible. However, we understand that sometimes changes may be necessary. Please review our cancellation policy below to ensure a smooth process.
Cancellation Timeframe
- Before Shipping: You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, provided that it has not yet been processed or shipped.
- After 24 Hours: If more than 24 hours have passed since placing your order, or if the order has already been processed or shipped, it will no longer be eligible for cancellation. In such cases, you can follow our return or exchange process once you receive the item.
How to Cancel Your Order?
- Customized or Personalized Items: Orders for customized or personalized jewelry (such as name necklaces) are non-cancellable once they are confirmed, as these items are made-to-order.
- Shipped Orders: If your order has already been shipped, it cannot be canceled. You may opt for an exchange or return following our policies once you receive the item.
Important Notes
- Refunds: Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the cancellation occurs before the order is processed.
- International Orders: For international customers, please note that any customs or import duties incurred will not be refundable.
- Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately for assistance. We will arrange for a replacement or refund.
