- Condition: The item must be in unused and original condition, with all tags and packaging intact.
- Non-Eligible Items:
- Customized or personalized jewelry items (e.g., name necklaces) are not eligible for exchange unless they arrive damaged or defective.
- Earrings, due to hygiene reasons, are non-exchangeable unless faulty.
- Sale or clearance items cannot be exchanged.
How to Request an Exchange?

- Return Shipping: Once your exchange request is approved, you will be responsible for shipping the item back to us. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the safe return of your item.
- Exchange Processing: After we receive the returned item and verify its condition, we will process your exchange. If the requested item is out of stock, we will notify you and provide alternate options or store credit.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at info@minsaadofficial.com. We will arrange for a replacement at no additional cost to you. Kindly provide photos of the damage or defect, along with your order details.
